"All Star" is an alternate-rock single by the band Smash Mouth featured in their second album, Astro Lounge. The song was first used in the 1999 action film Mystery Men and was later popularized in the 2001 animation film Shrek. Since its appearance in Shrek, "All Star" has become one of the most popular mashup sources due to its catchy lyrics and a reputation to mash-up well with nearly everything.
