According to Wild Matsu in a now deleted comment, the combination of jokes is meant to reference the dislike each one of them had at one point, but now are more loved by the fans[1], with the use of "Normal Battle" from Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne referencing "Normal Battle (Alpha Mix) - Shin Megami Tensei: Nocturne", which was the first appearance of the Bowflex meme, and the use of "Stella's Theme" from Dragon Quest IX referencing the now-deleted "Trampoline Time - New Super Mario Bros." rip that was uploaded during the 9/11 2016 event.
