This is a mashup of "Green and Purple" by Kritikal, a song associated with the Daily Dose meme, and "Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae)".
At 0:12, the thumbnail image switches to an edit of the Daily Dose gif with Piccolo and Vegeta replaced with a gif of Silentó dancing. At 2:20, it switches to the original gif, but with the NSFW content censored by the dancing Silentó. At 2:39, Eggnog appears for three frames.
