"Trailer Theme (In-Game Mix) - Sonic Mania" is a high quality rip of the trailer theme for the game Sonic Mania made by Hyper Potions and Nitro Fun.
The rip inserts a lot of SiIvaGunner memes into the Sonic Mania trailer theme, via mashups and melody changes.
Instead of a static screen, the rip features an animated parody of the Sonic Mania trailer, replacing most assets with SiIvaGunner meme analogues. "Gameplay footage" featured in the video was created from scratch using improved sprites from 7 GRAND DAD and some other games.
It was the second final rip posted during the Channel Ending.

|Time||Visual||Original visual||Joke explanation & commentary|
|0:00 - 0:05||ESRB rating||(Same)|
|0:05 - 0:09||Grand Dad runs back and forth, and a SIIVA logo appears||Sonic runs back and forth, and a SEGA logo appears||The SIIVA logo (an obvious reference to SiIvaGunner) is stylized after SEGA's.|
|0:10 - 0:12||IN 1992 1||IN 1991||"1992 1" is the year line from the 7 GRAND DAD title screen. "1992" is obviously the year the bootleg was published. The "1", however, often incorrectly assumed to be either a mistake or the bootlegger's nickname, actually denotes "level 1" and changes appropriately when the bootleg's level select function is used.|
|0:12 - 0:15||Gameplay footage of Bedrock from 7 GRAND DAD.||Gameplay footage of Green Hill Zone ??? from Sonic the Hedgehog (1991)||Original games which inspired a great meme and a great video game franchise, respectively.|
|0:15 - 0:18||Gameplay footage of Ice Village from 7 GRAND DAD.||Gameplay footage of Aquatic Ruin Zone Act 1 from Sonic the Hedgehog 2.|
|0:16 - 0:18||ONE FATHER CHANGED THE WORLD||ONE HEDGEHOG CHANGED THE WORLD||Grand Dad is a father? But not a grandfather? Is it LORE?|
|0:18 - 0:20||Gameplay footage of the Jungle boss fight from 7 GRAND DAD.||Gameplay footage of Flying Battery Zone Act 2 from Sonic 3 the Hedgehog & Knuckles.|
|0:20 - 0:21||Gameplay footage of one of the Bedrock™ stages from The Flintstones: The Treasure of Sierra Madrock for SNES, edited to insert the head of Super Mario from Super Mario Bros. 1 & 3 from Super Mario All-Stars for SNES on Fred Flintstone's body.||Gameplay footage of Green Grove Zone Act ? from Sonic 3D Blast|
|0:21 - 0:23||AND FOR 9 MONTHS||AND FOR 25 YEARS||The rip was uploaded on October 20, 2016, which was 9 months and 11 days since January 9, 2016, the day GiIvaSunner's first rip was uploaded.|
|0:21 - 0:23||Gameplay footage of Bob-omb Battlefield from Super Mario 64 for N64, edited or hacked to recolor Super Mario with Grand Dad's colors.||Gameplay footage of ??? from Sonic R.||Note that the playable character here resembles Grand Dad's Mario-like form, instead of Fred Flintstone with Mario's head.|
|0:24||Gameplay footage of Whomp's Fortress from Super Mario 64 for N64, with the same playable character. A Whomp is edited or hacked to have SiIvaGunner's face on it.||Gameplay footage of ??? from Sonic Adventure.||Appearance of SiIvaGunner as a character.|
|0:24 - 0:25||Gameplay footage of Quarry from The Flintstones: Bedrock Bowling for PS1, seemingly unedited.||Gameplay footage of City Escape from Sonic Adventure 2|
|0:25 - 0:28||Gameplay footage of Rockenheim from The Flintstones: Bedrock Racing for PS2, edited to have Grand Dad's head from the 7 GRAND DAD title screen replace Fred Flintstone's head in the top left corner (the 3D player character model is, however, seemingly unedited).||Gameplay footage of ??? from Sonic Heroes.|
|0:26 - 0:29||HE'S UPLOADED COUNTLESS RIPS||HE'S COLLECTED COUNTLESS RINGS||An obvious reference to high quality rips. The way it's worded, it sounds as if Grand Dad himself was uploading all those rips. Or is SiIvaGunner the "father" referenced earlier?|
|0:26||A white outline of the Fred Flintstone star from the 7 GRAND DAD title screen spins and disappears above the text.||A white ring spins and disappears above the text.|
|0:28 - 0:30||Screen fades to black||(Same)|
|0:30 - 0:33||BUT NOW||(Same)|
|0:33 - 0:37||Reversed gameplay footage of Rockenheim from The Flintstones: Bedrock Racing for PS2, edited the same way as before.||Reversed gameplay footage of ??? from ???.|
|0:34 - 0:36||AS WE MOVE FORWARD||(Same)|
|0:37 - 0:39||Reversed gameplay footage of a different part of Quarry from The Flintstones: Bedrock Bowling for PS1, seemingly unedited.||Reversed gameplay footage of ??? from ???.|
|0:38 - 0:40||TO DISCOVER WHAT MADE GRAND DAD A MEME ICON||TO DISCOVER WHAT MADE SONIC A GAMING ICON||While Vinesauce Joel was the original reason Grand Dad became a meme, it was SiIvaGunner who made the 7 GRAND DAD meme popular outside the Vinesauce fandom.|
|0:39 - 0:41||Reversed gameplay footage of Bob-omb Battlefield from Super Mario 64, edited the same way as before.||Reversed gameplay footage of ??? from ???.|
|0:41 - 0:44||Reversed gameplay footage of Whomp's Fortress from Super Mario 64, edited the same way as before, including the SiIvaGunner-faced Whomp.||Reversed gameplay footage of ??? from ???.|

|0:44 - 0:48||SIIVA PROUDLY PRESENTS||SEGA PROUDLY PRESENTS||The same SIIVA logo as before.|
|0:48 - 0:49||IN ASSOCIATION WITH||(Same)|
|0:50 - 0:51||MrRental
KEEPING LIFE SIMPLE
FRIEND TO PIXELS AND POLYS ALIKE
|The MrRental logo here is based on the Christian Whitehead logo, but changes the design to include several elements from the actual Mr. Rental logo: the triangle shape, the stars, and Mr. Rental font. "Keeping Life Simple" is the slogan of Mr. Rental.|
|0:51 - 0:53||VINESAUCE||HEADCANNON||The logo here is the actual Vinesauce logo (sans the font). While it's most likely just a reference to Vinesauce Joel's part in creating the 7 GRAND DAD meme, Vinesauce members did acknowledge SiIvaGunner's high quality rips, and Vinesauce Joel did even collaborate on one(?) rip, which makes the "in association with" part actually kind of true.|
|0:53 - 0:54||HIGHQUALITY HEADQUARTERS||PagodaWest Games||An obvious pun on "HQ = headquarters" and "HQ = high quality". The pagoda shape on the PagodaWest Games logo is replaced with the "王" hieroglyph from Grand Dad's cap, which looks kind of similar.|
|0:54 - 0:56||THIS IS WHERE IT BEGINS||(Same)|
|0:56 - 0:58||Grand Dad from Grand Dad Mania twerking, and then jumping.||Sonic from Sonic Mania stomping his foot, and then running.||A reference to The Lion King, a bootleg hack of The Jungle Book for the NES. Vinesauce Joel played this bootleg in the same stream as 7 GRAND DAD, and the player character's weird sitting animation, which resembled twerking, became a meme among Joel's fanbase. Interestingly, the Sonic Mania Sonic seems to have his Sonic 1 sprite running beside him when he runs off, while Grand Dad doesn't have anything similar when he's jumping away.|
|0:58 - 0:59||Gameplay footage of a futuristic stage from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad jumps and hangs on a platform's side. There are several TVs on the left.||Gameplay footage of Studiopolis Zone Act 1 from Sonic Mania. Sonic runs through a room with a big TV.||
The stage has a similar color scheme to Studiopolis Zone from Sonic Mania, but also features elements from the final stage of 7 GRAND DAD, like the T-like elevations Grand Dad is standing on, the blocks with the black screens, and The Jetsons towers in the background. It also features an enemy from the earlier stages of 7 GRAND DAD.
At 0:58 we can see several TVs on the left. Some are off, others show video game logos. Presumably they're broadcasting SiIvaGunner's rips. The logos shown belong to Undertale (possibly a reference to Sans is Ness or Megalovania), Super Mario 64 (possibly a reference to Slider) and Donkey Kong 64 (possibly a reference to DK Rap).
|0:59 - 1:01||Gameplay footage of a futuristic stage from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad fights an enemy near a building with a "QQQ" sign.||Gameplay footage of Studiopolis Zone Act ? from Sonic Mania. Sonic runs through a loop.||This part of the stage features a Stone Age building and another enemy from the first stage of 7 GRAND DAD. The "QQQ" sign on the building is a reference to prominent SiIvaGunner collaborator, Triple-Q.|
|1:01 - 1:04||A GRAND NEW ADVENTURE||A NEW 2D ADVENTURE||Another obvious 7 GRAND DAD reference.|
|1:04 - 1:06||Gameplay footage of a futuristic stage from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad enters a section behind a yellow glass, where all objects are seen as dark silhouettes.||Gameplay footage of Studiopolis Zone Act 1 from Sonic Mania. Sonic enters a section behind a yellow glass, where all objects are seen as dark silhouettes.|
|1:06 - 1:08||Gameplay footage of a futuristic stage from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad is shot out of a Coconut Cannon, alongside a bunch of coconuts. The inscription below the Coconut Cannon reads:
SIIVA'S COCONUT GUN BRAND:
|Gameplay footage of Studiopolis Zone Act 1 from Sonic Mania. Sonic is shot out of a giant popcorn machine, alongside a bunch of popcorn. The inscription on the popcorn machine reads:
SEGASONIC POPCORN SHOP
|The Coconut Cannon is a reference to the Coconut Gun (the inscription below the Coconut Cannon even mentions it) and by proxy, the DK Rap. The Coconut Cannon might also be a reference to the Plants vs Zombies character of the same name.
At 1:07 The Lighthouse can be seen in the background. We can also see the side of the LORE building on the left (see 1:40 for more details).
|1:08 - 1:11||RE-IMAGINED CLASSICS||(Same)||This line takes a new, ironic meaning when applied to SiIvaGunner's high quality rips.|
|1:11 - 1:13||Gameplay footage of Bedrock from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad rides the giant stone wheel.||Gameplay footage of Green Hill Zone Act 1 from Sonic Mania. Sonic jumps around.||Both are reimagined versions of iconic first levels from the games that kickstarted the respective franchises.|
|1:13 - 1:15||Gameplay footage of Bedrock from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad fights two cavemen on a dinosaur skeleton.||Gameplay footage of Green Hill Zone Act 1 from Sonic Mania. Sonic runs through a shuttle loop, and then through a corkscrew loop.|
|1:15 - 1:18||NEW ZONES||(Same)|
|1:18 - 1:20||Gameplay footage of a futuristic stage from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad travels through a pipe. At 1:18 a large neon sign saying "LORE" can be seen on the left. At 1:20 a neon sign saying "7 GRAND DAD" can be seen on the left, and TVs with ??? and Undertale logos can be seen at the top left side of the screen.||Gameplay footage of Studiopolis Zone Act 1 from Sonic Mania. Sonic travels via radio waves (?).||The "LORE" sign is a reference to the concept of Lore, which became a meme in itself. The "7 GRAND DAD" sign is obviously a reference to the eponymous meme. Grand Dad traveling through a pipe is most likely an homage to the Super Mario roots of this character.|
|1:20 - 1:21||Gameplay footage of a bonus stage (or possibly a bonus section of a regular futuristic level) from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad is inside a giant jackpot machine, and hits a button with his club when a "7" bonus is highlighted to get it.||Gameplay footage of Studiopolis Zone Act ? from Sonic Mania. Sonic is inside a giant lottery machine filled with balls.||This bonus stage is a high quality remaster of Diànshì Mǎlì (電視瑪琍), the bootleg jackpot game that introduced the character Fortran, Grand Dad's prototype. Grand Dad choosing the "7" bonus is of course not a coincidence. It is unknown whether any of the numbers shown in this clip have any Lore significance, besides referencing Diànshì Mǎlì.|
|1:22 - 1:24||3 PLAYABLE CHARACTERS||(Same)|
|1:24||Grand Dad's head||Sonic's head||Note that Grand Dad here is shown in his main form, despite his in-game sprite being his 2nd form.|
|1:24 - 1:25||Loud Nigra's head||Tails' head|
|1:25||Nozomi Tojo's head||Knuckles' head||Note that Nozomi is shown in her non-smol form. In Grand Dad Mania, Nozomi seems to be Knuckles' analogue; however, in other SiIvaGunner rips Maki Nishikino (another Love Live! character) is portrayed as an analogue to Knuckles.|
|1:25 - 1:27||A picture of Grand Dad moving in front of text that says:
|A picture of Sonic moving in front of text that says:
|An obvious reference to Grand Dad's bootleg nature.|
|1:27 - 1:29||A photo of OG Mudbone moving in front of text that says:
|A picture of Tails moving in front of text that says:
|Loud Nigra isn't actually OG Mudbone, this is a common misconception. However, it seems to be canon for Grand Dad Mania.|
|1:29 - 1:31||A picture of Nozomi Tojo moving in front of text that says:
|A picture of Knuckles moving in front of text that says:
|Nozomi is once again shown in her non-smol form, even despite the text calling her "SMOL".|
|1:31 - 1:34||ALL-NEW DASH||ALL-NEW DROP DASH||The reason for this subtle change is unclear.|
|1:34 - 1:36||Gameplay footage of Bedrock from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad shows off his all-new dash on a flat surface.||Gameplay footage of Green Hill Zone Act 1 from Sonic Mania. Sonic shows off his all-new drop dash.|
|1:36 - 1:37||Gameplay footage of Bedrock from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad shows off his all-new dash on a slope.||Gameplay footage of Studiopolis Zone Act ? from Sonic Mania. Sonic shows off his all-new drop dash.|
|1:37 - 1:39||THE ULTIMATE CELEBRATION||(Same)||Since this was one of the last rips uploaded during the Channel Ending, this phrase gets a new meaning here.|
|1:40 - 1:41||Gameplay footage of a futuristic stage from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad runs and jumps under the aforementioned neon "LORE" sign.||Gameplay footage of Studiopolis Zone Act 1 from Sonic Mania. Sonic spin dashes through some glass.|
|1:41 - 1:42||Gameplay footage of a futuristic stage from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad jumps in the vicinity of several TVs. The aforementioned "7 GRAND DAD" neon sign can be seen at bottom left part of the screen.||Gameplay footage of Studiopolis Zone Act 1 from Sonic Mania. Sonic spin dashes on walls and ceilings.||Some of the TVs show video game logos for Super Mario 64, ??? and Undertale.|
|1:42 - 1:43||Gameplay footage of a futuristic stage from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad stands and twerks in front of a building with a "Puzzle room" neon sign. The Lighthouse can be seen on the right.||Gameplay footage of Studiopolis Zone Act 2 from Sonic Mania. Sonic bounces on balloons.||The "Puzzle room" sign is a reference to the Puzzle Room / НЕТ meme.|
|1:43 - 1:44||Gameplay footage of Bedrock from Grand Dad Mania. Grand Dad evades the fire breath of a sea monster boss.||Gameplay footage of 'Green Hill Zone Act 1 from Sonic Mania. Sonic fights a ??? boss.||It seems to be just an updated version of the boss fight from Level 1 of 7 GRAND DAD, and most likely doesn't have any specific meme significance.|
|1:44 - 1:46||OF THE PAST||OF PAST AND FUTURE||This subtle change is yet another reference to the Channel Ending. It might also be a reference to SiIvaGunner rips in general, since a lot of them are high quality versions of old video game music.|
|1:46 - 1:49||Grand Dad jumps, and ends up in a high quality version of the infamous 7 GRAND DAD title screen, complete with the flashing "PUSH START BUTTON !" line, and the famous "1992 1" line at the bottom.||The Sonic Mania title screen appears, which is essentially a remastered version of the title screen from Sonic the Hedgehog (1991).||One of the frames of Grand Dad's jumping animation mimics a smear frame of Sonic's nose in the Sonic Mania title screen, which itself became a meme among Sonic fans upon the Sonic Mania trailer's release.|

All the consoles listed are Nintendo ones, which is either a reference to 7 GRAND DAD being a NES bootleg, or a jab at the SEGA/Nintendo rivalry which ended with SEGA developing games for Nintendo, and SEGA characters (including Sonic character) appearing in Nintendo games. Interestingly enough, the rip's description lists "Xbox One, PlayStation 4, PC" in the "Platforms:" line. Sonic Mania was actually announced for the Nintendo Switch later, but that happened several months after this rip was uploaded.
The gameplay footage portions of this rip look so realistic, it could have fooled some viewers.
The 2nd small print line is a satire on unscrupulous commercial product ads that put warnings about the product's dangerous side effects in small print so that fewer people would notice them and think twice about buying the product, putting the product's marketability above the customers' safety.
On October 25th, 2016, Twitter user MM102_ announced that Grand Dad Mania was being developed. However, on February 22nd, 2017 it was cancelled. The assets for the game can be found on Dropbox.
